Excess heat causes my hair to frizz

I particularly dislike sunny warm mornings.

I think that sounds weird to a lot of people, however it’s because of my hair, my hair must be particularly sensitive, because the smallest little things will cause it to frizz and puff up and look ugly, and one of these things is rain, however whenever my hair gets wet, it does numerous things to my hair.

My hair will first start to curl up, so it will go from being straight, to curly, and then once it dries a bit, then it will start to frizz. So then I am left with hair that is now curly and frizzy, which is bad looking. The 2nd worst thing is the heat. Summer is the worst for my hair, and fall can’t come quick enough when I am in summer, cold air seems to keep my hair in site, so while I was in summer, I regularly have cooling system running a lot, however especially on mornings love going to interviews or other important events, then I will actually have my cooling system running to keep my hair in site. Although it can be a little bit strenuous in winter, then because on one hand, I don’t want to freeze, so I won’t have my oil furnace running, however at the same time, I don’t want my hair looking love a tornado just went through it. So I try to do a bit of 50/50. When I have the heating unit running, I always keep my hair down and repair it. When I don’t, then I can leave my hair alone and relax for a bit. I am hoping to find a happy medium, or something that can tame my hair down
