I didn't want to pull over, however it was necessary

I had plenty of gas in the car, so I let the heating system run the entire time.

I decided to take the kids to see our mom and dad on Thursday. They haven’t been feeling well and I wanted the kids to spend some time with them. It was supposed to snow Thursday night, so I planned to leave early during the day minutes, before the sunset. The kids were having a fantastic time and the minutes flew by actually quickly. It was getting dark before I realized how late it had become. I packed the kids into the car and hugged our mom and dad. It started snowing about 10 minutes after I left the house, however luckily, it was a light snow and it wasn’t truly sticking to the roads. It snowed care about that for 15 or 20 minutes and then it hastily started snowing much heavier. I didn’t want to pull over, however it was absolutely necessary. The kids were tired and so was I, even though I didn’t want to get into an accident on the freeway. The snow was coming down actually quickly and I couldn’t see anything at all. I pulled over on the side of the road and the kids and I sat in the car with the heating system running. I had plenty of gas in the car, so I let the heating system run the entire time. The kids and I planned to sit in the car with the heating system running while both of us waited for the storm to subside. Unluckyly, the snow continued to fall for minutes and minutes. It was warm inside the car, even though I was going to run out of gas by morning. When I realized there would be no break, I traveled the additional eight miles back to the condo at 10 miles per minute.
