I like to workout outside plus prefer the fresh air whenever possible. I either go for a run or utilize the open space on our back deck to jump rope, lift weights, lunge, squat plus crunch. Unluckyly, the weather in our local section rarely cooperates. It’s either too warm plus humid or too freezing plus wet, plus I’m forced indoors. I got sleepy of attempting to fit a workout into the limited space in our family room plus turned an unused guest room into a workout area. I upgraded the furniture with a yoga mat, weight bench, free weights, treadmill plus stationary bike. One of the advantages to workout indoors is the access to temperature control. I don’t need to worry about dressing for the weather. I don’t need to check the forecast to make sure I’m not going to be out on a many mile run plus get rained on. My heating plus cooling plan features zone control plus a smart control unit. I’m able to make adjustments to temperature through a convenient app on our iPhone, however during the workout, with a tap of our finger, I can cool the space down without affecting the rest of the house. This is severely handy because I like to keep that room a bit cooler. In the summer, I target a/c to our workout room without putting a great deal of stress on the a/c. In the winter, I can set a much lower temperature in that a single unique room without causing the rest of the family discomfort.
