The air purification system was far smaller than I anticipated.
In the midst of March, I started working from my own property. Many of my co-workers began to task from their properties as well. Then at the end of April, the company mandated that every single person work from home due to the Coronavirus. I was actually working from home 5 afternoons per week and I was not having any setbacks getting my work completed. In fact, it seems pretty much like productivity levels have not gone down much since everyone started to task from home! That’s a major reason why I was so stunned when our employer emailed almost everyone about reopening the building. Everyone was going to be required to return to the workplace on the first day of September and that included me. I was not too thrilled about returning to the building due to the high positive coronavirus case numbers we were still facing. I decided to get an air purification system to put on my desk. I truly hoped the air purification system would help keep me entirely safe. I ordered the air purification system online and I was legitimately disappointed when I received the product in my property. The air purification system was far smaller than I anticipated. When I got the tape measure out, I was able to see that the air purification system was approximately half the size of the online measurements. I instantly contacted the company to complain about this. They refunded my money, but not until after I spent about an hour on the iPhone waiting to talk to a patron service representative. The company made me cover the cost for the shipping fees to send the item back to the warehouse and they would not refund all of the money until they had the air purification system back on the shelf.
