The air quality has been awful in our property

Over 1 million acres of forest land are on fire in this state and our family and I live severely close to a single area that has been burning for the past 3 months.

The indoor air quality levels in our property are severely poor.

Regrettably, the complication has been compounded by the fact that our nation is facing an emergency already. Every one of us doesn’t have the necessary supplies to scrub the air in our property, because all of the air purification machines are out of stock because of the Coronavirus. Air purifier machine sales are up 75% over the past 3 months and several well-known name brands are easily out of stock online and in the store! My wifey and I had to come up with a way to help the indoor air quality levels in our property, because both of us were coughing, sneezing, and experiencing severe symptoms from the intense smoke and ash. The Home Improvement store has a good amount of air filters in stock, so I purchased a dozen that are made to trap smells and pollutants. I used a couple of air filters to create a triangle box behind the fan. My wifey and I placed the makeshift air purification equipment in the front room by the door. As air travels through the property, dust, dirt, smoke, and ash become caught in the air filters, however so far, the makeshift air cleaner is working surprisingly well. I can tell that the air filters are pulling particles that would otherwise be in the air. It’s not the best solution to our ongoing issue, but at least it will supply a little bit of relief while in these challenging times.
