The hotel desk clerk was rude and discourteous

My wifey and I went to the neighborhood for a couple of mornings and both of us decided to stay in a hotel.

I made reservations online with 1 of the websites.

I picked a room with a king-size bed, refrigerator, safe, and a view of the neighborhood skyline, my wifey and I diagnosed into the room on Wednesday night. Every one of us didn’t have any plans until Thursday, however both of us wanted to be well rested for our day in the city, and as soon as both of us diagnosed into the room, both of us realized that the Heating & A/C component wasn’t running. I walked over to the component near the window and I changed the temperature on the control unit. I turned on the AC, adjusted the fan to high, and adjusted the control component to 68°. The a/c came on and started running, however it stopped after a minute or multiple. The equipment was making a weird sound care about the fan was trying to run however something was stuck inside. I called the front desk clerk to inform the guy about the concern with the AC. The hotel desk clerk was rude and discourteous and he didn’t want to switch our room. I told the clerk that both of us weren;t going to stay in that room unless the AC concern was fixed instantly, when he told myself and others that it would take multiple minutes, I demanded another room. The desk clerk tried to tell myself and others that they didn’t have any other rooms available, even though I knew that was a lie. After all, the parking lot was half empty and it was almost 8 at that time.
