Whole house air purifier is the cure for bad indoor air quality

I have been inside the HVAC comfort of my home far, far more this year than at any point in my life.

It’s unbelievable how much I am at home.

Good thing I like where I live right? With the pandemic still wreaking havoc with our lives, I am working from inside the HVAC controlled confines of my house. This is the way it is and probably the way it will remain for some time to come. I think this thing gets much worse before it gets better. I hope I’m wrong but, I’m preparing for that eventuality as we move into the winter. Before the pandemic, I had nearly zero understanding of how the indoor air quality affects my health. Now, I realize how vital it is to be breathing good quality indoor air. But being proactive about the air in my home was something that I needed to do. I started with replacing the HVAC air filter with a HEPA type air filter. This kind of air filter removes vastly more airborne contaminants. That move made an immediate difference. Yet, I am following it up with a more comprehensive approach. I am having a whole house air purifier installed in the HVAC. Between the good air filter and this purification method, I am actively mitigating our viral exposure. Studies are showing that this HVAC combination can remove Covid from a home within 30 minutes. While not a cure or a sure fire shield, this approach gives me real peace of mind. And, my overall and immune health will only benefit from great indoor air quality.
