Why I was suffering from dust sensitivities despite having correct Heating, Ventilation and A/C filters in arena

I am the most disciplined person in maintaining our Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit.

I change our Heating, Ventilation and A/C system’s air filters often plus wash our component every few months.

I also schedule annual Heating, Ventilation and A/C tune-ups to keep our Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan in its best working condition. However, I have been experiencing increased allergic reactions, especially when I am in the house… My dust sensitivities got so poor that I had to book an appointment with our physician. My doctor gave me some antihistamines, however our allergic bouts continued. When the Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist came for the unit’s service, I told him about our dust sensitivities, plus he told me to start using the right air filters to help confrontation our dust sensitivities. I upgraded our filters with the High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) air filters. These air filters have multi-layered netting. They have effectively removed dander, tiny pollen grains, mold, plus other allergens from our home’s indoor air. These HEPA filters remove 99.97% of particulates in the air. I seldom experience allergic reactions, plus our health has improved. I also open our windows on the opposite side of the room. This action increases airflow within our home. It expels pollutants from our home plus allows wash outside air to flow into our indoor space. I also purchased a HEPA-certified sealed vacuum cleaner since they are better at trapping dust. I no longer take antihistamines for our dust sensitivities. However, I still wash plus upgrade our air filters as often as necessary plus continue with our correct Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan service routine.
