Society convinces us that the people I was with and I need a lot of things that the people I was with and I absolutely do not need… The people I was with and I get caught in a cycle of consumerism where the people I was with and I are encouraged to indulge our whims and pay the people I was with and I do not have, however i don’t mean to lecture you, I am just trying to say that splitting back, and getting rid of expenses you don’t need, is easier than you think, how much do you pay a month for cable tv, and is it worth it? Is the iPhone replace absolutely worth a thoUSnd dollars? Do you have to pay various thoUSnd bucks for the best Heating and Air Conditioning system on the market, or is that too much? I have done the math, and guess that using a small, portable air conditioning component instead of a large central system has saved myself and others somewhere in the neighborhood of fifteen thoUSnd dollars, and counting.
The thing about a central Heating and Air Conditioning system is that you spend all that money to buy it, and then you pay the energy costs every month to run it, you also have to get HEPA rated air filters, which are not cheap, and pay for Heating and Air Conditioning techs to come by once or twice a year to inspect the system.
In other words, a central Heating and Air Conditioning system is a constant ongoing expense, 1 that I don’t have to worry about. I got our portable for just over 2 hundred dollars, I don’t need to buy new filters, and when it stops working I can just throw it out and buy a new 1 with all the money I am saving.
