Gymnastic workout everyday

I have been working on it for over a year.

I have done gymnastics since I was a little girl. After college I knew I couldn’t take lessons at my local studio anymore. The drive was too far and I figured I was too old. After about two weeks off from tumbling I realized that I still needed it to feel happy. I don’t go for runs, swim laps or lift weights. I tumble seven days a week for a workout. Now that I am older, I actually feel I am a better gymnast. I am old enough to really focus in and practice on my skills. Rather than take an hour class two days a week on whatever my teacher wants me to do, I do a weekly schedule of skills. I hit all the gymnastic elements and spend a whole hour working on it. I have gotten great at walkovers, back handsprings, front handsprings, handstands and extension rolls. I have even started adding new tricks and making things harder for myself. I have decided that I need to do a standing back tuck before I have kids. I know I will not be able to arch and have the same flexibility after children. I also will need to take time off from tulbing and may be too scared to tuck after that point. So the quest to achieve a standing tuck is on. I have been working on it for over a year. I started tucking off a block and then lowering it as I have gained confidence. I right now stand on a two inch block and do around 6-14 standing tucks a day. I have noticed a difference in my butt, legs and even in my arms.
