My ancient pal Tony has the desire to do some jobs around the dwelling for me. He’s a handy guy, in the general sense of the word, as well as I guess he has a background in it, but I’m still not sure. I have known Tony back since seventh grade, when both of us sat next to each other during math class! The two of us both failed that class, mainly on account of fooling with each other, as well as sat next to each other in summer time school that unique year. I got my act together, but Tony never legitimately did. I teach Italian classes to foreign students over Zoom nowadays, as well as Tony is in between construction tasks. I trust him with hanging modern doors as well as fixing the drywall, things of that nature. Something like swimming pool construction is a pretty serious task for him. He has worked construction tasks of one style or another for a vast majority of his adult life, so he has some type of experience, but is it the right kind of experience? The reason he has worked all manner of construction tasks is that he regularly keeps getting fired as well as has to move on to another one entirely. It’s not really like he is a general contractor or something waiting for his next task, he’s a former carpenter turned roofer turned landscaper who always gets fired for being drunk at work… So I will provide him a couple of light tasks, to help him out because I guess he’s having a pretty taxing time. I think I will save all the legit construction jobs for a legit construction dealer. When I get a swimming pool eventually I want it to be extremely nice.
