I had t-shirts ordered for a fair I was attending. We had 200 custom printed t-shirts with our company’s logo printed on the pocket. When The t-shirts were delivered, every one of them had the wrong logo, and they were all the same size. I called the company, and they apologized for the mix-up, and they offered to reprint the t-shirts for us. Unfortunately, it was going to take almost two weeks for them to reprint and deliver the new t-shirts. I packed up the misprinted t-shirts and sent them back to the company with postage paid by them. I now had to get the t-shirts and to get them fast. I had one week before the fair, and I didn’t want to have to attend without the t-shirts for my customers. I found one company that offered ‘Rush Order Tees’ and I quickly contacted them on the phone. They offered embroidery, screen, and a multitude of other printing services. They also offered printing service information in case I wasn’t sure what I wanted, or needed. When I asked about their turn around from customer request to in my hands, the printing company promised to have it for me on the date I needed. I would have my t-shirts in hand in time to take them to the fair for me. I sent all the information of my logo, the sizes, and the weight of the t-shirts I required. I appreciated their printing services and I am already telling every business I work with that their printing services are the only one I would use.
