The law office has a different person on my case every time

It seems like every time we call the law office, there is a different person working on my case

My wife and I were in a terrible car accident a couple of years ago. I haven’t been able to work at all since the car accident. I decided to file for disability from the government. I was turned down the first and second time. My wife and I decided to contact a lawyer to help us with the social security and disability dispute. My wife and I contacted several different lawyers and we talked to a handful of attorneys. We found one that was highly recommended with great reviews online. My wife and I met with a lawyer a couple of months ago. We talked with the guy for almost an hour and gave him all of the information for our case. He took three or four pages of notes. He assured us that he would be able to win the case. The next time my wife and I called to discuss our case with the lawyer, we talked to an entirely different person. That lawyer lacked any information about our case. She didn’t even know my first name. It seems like every time we call the law office, there is a different person working on my case. It is absolutely and totally annoying and frustrating, because half of the lawyers don’t know anything about my case. I have to constantly remind each person about my case and it is getting old. I know the law office is working hard on my case, but I wish I was getting personal service from one person instead of thirty different lawyers.
