Thinking of quitting my Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C task

I have a actually difficult decision to make.

You see, I have loyally been toiling at my heating and cooling task for the past 7 years.

I have been complimented by all of my coworkers as being one of the hardest toiling, always showing up on time, and truly rarely taking time off. The clients are great, and I still like the task overall. But as always, there is always a disadvantage. It’s my up-to-date boss. My boss and I don’t get along truly well. Her family has owned this Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C supplier for generations, and it was handed down to him. This seems to make him recognize that she is some kind of king and has the right to treat her employees bad. She will target particular people, and force them to labor more minutes by guilt tripping or threatening to fire them. I wish I had my old boss back. My old boss was my up-to-date boss’ uncle. She was super cool and laid back. She was one of the only bosses I was really friends with, that I don’t mind having a beer with every now and then. My up-to-date boss seems to be on the verge of power hungry. Sadly, my former boss passed away and the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C supplier was passed down to her nephew, my up-to-date boss. I like my Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C tech task so much, I planned on toiling here forever, however now with my up-to-date boss, I am reconsidering. I am planning on talking to my up-to-date boss and seeing if I could labor something out.
