I am the most disciplined lady in maintaining our Heating & A/C unit.
I change our Heating & A/C system’s air filters often and scrub our device every few weeks. I also schedule annual Heating & A/C tune-ups to keep our Heating & A/C plan in its best laboring condition. However, I have been experiencing increased allergic reactions, especially when I am in the house, but my pollen irritations got so exhausting that I had to book an appointment with our physician. My doctor provided myself and others some antihistamines, however our allergic bouts continued. When the Heating & A/C specialist came for the unit’s maintenance, I told him about our pollen irritations, and she told myself and others to beginning using the right air filters to help fight our pollen irritations. I updated our filters with the High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) air filters. These air filters have multi-layered netting. They have effectively detachd dander, tiny pollen grains, mold, and other allergens from our home’s indoor air. These HEPA filters detach 99.97% of particulates in the air. I seldom experience allergic reactions, and our health has improved. I also open our windows on the opposite side of the room. This action increases airflow within our home. It expels pollutants from our cabin and allows scrub outside air to flow into our indoor space. I also bought a HEPA-certified sealed vacuum cleaner since they are better at trapping dust. I no longer take antihistamines for our pollen irritations. However, I still scrub and update our air filters as often as necessary and continue with our respected Heating & A/C plan maintenance routine.
